Next stop, Vulcher City, an old gold mining ghost town about 15 minutes south of Wickenburg. Didn't plan to make this trip, but some Wickenburg locals suggested it. It was worth the trip to tour to see it. The gold mine was purchased and reopened next to it a few years ago and is has been producing the most gold of any AZ gold mine. They were going to bulldoze the old town and a Canadian couple purchased it for around 2 million dollars and has been fixing it up and allowing people to tour it.
