Started off by visiting the Smithsonian Natural History Museum, followed by the Smithsonian Castle, the Museum of American History, the Holocaust Museum and finally, Union Station. Tomorrow we may try to catch the National Archives and then the Air and Space Museum before heading for home.

Washington DC

We head for Washington DC today! Elli will finish up basketball camp around 11:30am and we will take off from there. We plan on driving about 5 hours and spending the evening in Bedford, PA before heading into DC on Friday morning. This will be a short trip of just a few days and then it's back home. As short as it is, we are still looking forward to seeing our countries' historic capital!
